Meyer Corporation, U.S. is pleased to offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Where We Ship:

We proudly ship to all 50 states across the US, ensuring that no matter where you are, our products can find their way to your kitchen.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes or military addresses.

Order Process and Services Provided:

Processing Time: We strive to ship all of our orders within 1-2 business days following the time that the order was placed. During holidays, the processing time may be subject to increase due to a higher volume of orders and demand.

Where We Ship From: Our primary facility is in Fairfield, California. Your order is prepared and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

Ground Shipping: May take up to 7 days for delivery after processing, depending on the distance from our warehouse to your kitchen.

Consistent Updates: We do our best to keep you in the loop. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation directly from our website with all your tracking details.

Order Change or  Cancellation: Reach out to Customer Support by phone at 877-399-2110 or by email at support@meyercookwareus.com. Changes or cancellations are possible as long as the warehouse hasn't started to process your order. Since we strive to ship all orders in a timely manner, please note that order processing may begin very soon after your order has been placed.
