We strive to ship all of our orders within 1-2 business days following the time that the order was placed. During holidays, the processing time may be subject to increase due to a higher volume of orders and demand. Meyer promises the original purchaser that it will replace any defective part or item which is identified and verified during the warranty period or, at Meyer’s discretion, substitute a replacement pan of similar value. Visit our Warranty page for additional information.

The lifetime limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Minor scratches and discoloration do not affect the performance of the cookware. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Misuse that will void the product warranty include, but are not limited to, overheating, oven or broiler misuse, sharp metal utensil or appliance damage on nonstick product surfaces, using oven cleansers or scouring pads, cleaning neglect, and dishwasher use on product lines not safe for dishwasher use.

DOs:

• Do match the pan bottom to the burner size and center it.
• Do warm your pans on medium to low heat.
• Do use a small amount of butter or oil instead of cooking sprays.
• Do use caution when touching handles and always have potholders available.
• Do wash pans in warm, soapy water after each use.

DON'Ts:

• Don't leave an empty pan on a hot burner.
• Don't leave a pan unattended or allow food to burn or boil dry.
• Don't use sharp-edged or metal utensils outside of recommended usage.
• Don't put hot pans directly into cold water or subject them to shock.

Always preheat your pan for a few minutes on medium heat to reduce sticking. Use oil to reduce sticking and to create better flavors - no aerosol sprays. Don't move food right away - let the heat and oil create a separation between the pan and your food by waiting a few minutes for natural release. Remove any stuck-on foods by adding liquid to the pan. Deglazing makes a great pan sauce but also helps to release any food from the pan for easier cleaning.

Use medium heat - our cookware distributes and retains heat so no high heat is needed. Wooden/silicone utensils are recommended - do not use a knife to cut in the pan. No aerosol sprays should be used since they can create a sticky buildup on the surface. If a product is listed as dishwasher-safe, we still recommend hand washing for longest lasting performance.
